Purchase Order - Payment Methods
Please confirm your purchase order via e-mail. In return you will receive the invoice including bank details. We only accept wire transfer ( IBAN and BIC ) in advance of shipment / in advance of pick-up & delivery service ( please find more information below ), except payment in cash on local pick-up in person.
Sale prices do not include delivery costs and are exclusive of VAT, as our invoicing is subject to the margin scheme ( Differenzbesteuerung § 25a UStG ).
Please feel free to contact us for a quotation of the shipping costs and further information about international and overseas delivery services for your country in advance of placing your order.
Viewings
We are running JACKPEARLMAN primarily as an online gallery. We are happy to arrange personal viewings by appointment. Our warehouse is located in the City of Braunschweig / Brunswick - Germany. JACKPEARLMAN is only a 2 hours drive away from BERLIN or HAMBURG – Do not hesitate to contact us to make an appointment.
Shipping / Delivery to EU-countries
We are happy to arrange shipping to all EU-countries. We will inform you about the exact delivery costs before your order is completed. All items are packed safely according to shape, weight and transportation method. We collaborate with highly skilled and experienced shipping companies providing safe handling throughout the whole process.
Any damage in transit that may arise despite all the care taken, needs to be reported to us asap via e-mail. Detailed information and pictures must be included in this report. Furthermore it is highly recommended to ask the shipper for a written confirmation listing the type of incident and course of events that lead to a damage.
Shipping Overseas - Order your customized pick-up service
For a delivery to countries outside the EU as well as to most overseas destinations, we advise to work with our recommended worldwide operating shipping partners. Do not hesitate to inquire for all contact information. The shippers will give you a non-binding quotation of the shipping costs and further information on customs and handling.
Please note: The payment of customs duties, fees and taxes must be met by the purchaser. The shipping costs must be paid to your shipper directly.
Returns
We accept returns if an object does not meet with your expectations. A return needs to be declared via e-mail within 14 days after the receipt of the item. Meanwhile the condition of the item has to remain unchanged. Please note that we can refund the sale price only - excluding freight costs and custom duties.
